I would like to see a state, maybe start with Vermont, set up some different Lottery tickets with the proceeds to go to a specific purpose. The profits from the Vermont lottery now goes into a fund to aid education. This is a great cause! But what if we had specific tickets where the profits went to something like a Fund for Breast Cancer patients. Maybe another ticket would go into a fund to raise money for parks. A ticket to help lower propery taxes on agricultural land. One to fund an Environmental Clean up project.

This could all be a lot of fun, and raise money for other good causes. Also, keep the prizes low enough so there would be alot of small winners.
